Uma bola de futebol sem ar e que muda de cor em situações críticas durante as partidas.  O novo produto, projetado pelo studio AGENT (México), foi mostrado ontem, como parte das atividades da Semana de Design em Milão. O seu nome é CTRUS football, criado por Michel Rojkind e Alberto Villarreal.

Mas há mais tecnologia. CTRUS grava sua velocidade de deslocamento e a força dos chutes. E ela possui um sistema de localização via GPS. Componentes eletrônicos em seu núcleo se comunicam, sem fios, com estações de controle no estádio.

Atualmente, o projeto vem passando por testes de prototipagem, enquanto parcerias vêm sendo analisadas. Talvez, a FIFA goste desta bola.

CTRUS foi finalista no Well Tech Award 2012 (12ª edição) e, junto com outros 59 produtos, participa da exposição WT-Award, até 22 de abril.

The name of          the product is CTRUS football, by Michel Rojkind and Alberto Villarreal.

But there is more technology. CTRUS records its travel speed and the strength      of the kicks. And it has a location system — via GPS. Electronic components in      its nucleus communicate wirelessly with control stations at the stadium.

Currently the project has been undergoing a series of prototype tests, while partnerships have been analyzed. Maybe FIFA likes this ball.

CTRUS was shortlisted as a finalist at Well Tech Award — 12th edition — and,      with other 59 products, takes part in WT-Award exhibition, until April 22nd.
