Experiência de luz e cor

Sucesso na exposição “Plasticidades” (Rio de Janeiro, 2003), Architects of Air estão participando em vários eventos até outubro. Eventos no Reino Unido, na República Tcheca, em Portugal, na França, na Escócia e na Dinamarca. Em todos estes países, eles apresentam as chamadas “Luminaria”, esculturas plásticas gigantes, nas quais é possível entrar e interagir com elas. Minha experiência própria: andar sem sapatos em uma dessas esculturas é inesquecível.

O trabalho de cada “Luminarium” (“Luminaria” é a palavra no plural) é criação de Alan Parkinson e sua equipe. As cinco “Luminaria” em exposição até outubro deste ano são: “Levity II”, “Levity III”, “Mirazozo”, “Miracoco” e “Amococo”. Parkinson vive na França e trabalha lá e na Inglaterra.

Success at “Plasticidades” exhibition (Rio de Janeiro, 2003), Architects of Air are taking part in various events until October. Exhibitions in the UK, Czech Republic, Portugal, France, Scotland, and Denmark. In all these countries, they present the so-called “Luminaria”, huge plastic sculptures in which it is possible to enter and interact with them. My own experience: walking barefoot in one of these lovely sculptures is unforgettable.

The work of each “Luminarium” (“Luminaria” is the plural word) is created by Alan Parkinson and his nice team. The five “Luminaria” on display until October are: “Levity II”, “Levity III”, “Mirazozo”, “Miracoco”, and “Amococo”. Parkinson lives in France and works both there and in England.
