Ayala Serfaty (Aqua Creations) lançará suas novas coleções 2011 na ICFF em Nova York. Luminárias e móveis maravilhosos (veja uma das novas peças acima). ESCALA já entrevistou Ayala, cujo trabalho é muito influenciado por plantas e criaturas submarinas. O projeto dela do Red Sea Star, um restaurante submerso (abaixo) — aproximadamente 6m abaixo do nível do mar — em Eilat, Israel, foi uma das capas mais bonitas de ESCALA. A ICFF acontecerá de 14 a 17 de maio.
Israeli designer-artist Ayala Serfaty (Aqua Creations) will launch her new 2011 collections at ICFF in New York. Wonderful lamps and pieces of furniture (see one of the new pieces above). ESCALA has already interviewed Ayala, whose work is very much influenced by underwater plants and creatures. Her project of Red Sea Star (below), an underwater restaurant — submerged approximately 20 feet below sea level — in Eilat, Israel, has been one of ESCALA’s most beautiful covers. ICFF will occur from May 14th until May 17th.
